Jesse Pierce is a dedicated political organizer and Democrat running for District Leader in Brooklyn’s 52nd Assembly District. She wants the Democratic Party to work for all Brooklynites. This means a commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and accountability at every level of our Party’s structure — starting right here in Kings County.

Join her for the launch of her campaign on Sunday, July 14 at 5 PM at the Armory on 67 4th Avenue in Brooklyn.

A New Future for the 52nd Assembly District

Hello I am text summarizing Jesse’s platform and I’m 1-2 sentences long!

Fight evictions, stop gentrification, and end homelessness

Developers and the landlord lobby think they run this town, but we’ll fight to expand rent control, strengthen tenant protections and repair NYCHA to keep Brooklyn affordable for all.

Tax the rich and fix the subway

The New York political establishment has brought our subways to the verge of collapse with decades of neglect and underfunding. We need to fix the transit system we all rely on NOW, and we need to make sure the wealthy pay their share.

New York State Assembly District 52

Jesse looks forward to representing the Brooklyn communities of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo, Vinegar Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Gowanus, and Park Slope.
