Jesse will fight corruption and institutionalize transparency in the Democratic Party.
Corruption is ingrained in New York politics, both locally and across the state. As District Leader, she will challenge the Party to be transparent and she will lead by example.
Show the receipts. Let’s open up political Party meetings, publish agendas, record votes, provide more information on judicial elections, reform special election processes, disclose finances, and stop allowing political favors to shape our democracy.
Listen to County Committee members in the district. There should be a functioning group of County Committee members with whom the District Leader should actively engage and work. Jesse will convene the formal Assembly District Committee and listen to other groups of constituents in ways that work for the people.
